2012 BUSINESS AWARD NOMINATION

I AM NOMINATING Key-Ads and Nick Keyes Jr. to receive this award but also as and example of what other businesses should strive to be. Nick, his brothers and their employees provide excellent customer service as indicated by the testimonials of their customers. They provide excellent service and product for business and agencies throughout the Greater Miami Valley.

While in attendance at a local priority board meeting, I saw how Nick answered the concerns about the proposed electronic sign of residents living near the Rt. 35 corridor. He explained and showed the beautiful architectural design of the new signage and the fact that it would not detract or be an eye sore. On the contrary, as Nick promised it has been a real boost for businesses  who have advertised on the electronic billboard. Also, as a good community partner, Key-Ads has allowed space and time for community announcements and special emergency messages. Amber Alerts, community announcements and missing person notification are just a few of the messages that go up for thousands of motorists to see. The not for profit that I work for has been a recipient of one of those community postings. Key-Ads listed MONCO Secure Document Destructions Free Shred resulting in over 300 people taking advantage of destroying sensitive documents at no charge.

• MONCO SDD and the individuals with disabilities that we employee
• Those responsibly destroying confidential records for free
• The environment locally and globally as the shredded documents are kept out of the landfill, recycled at paper mills thereby saving trees.

Key-Ads and Nick Keyes Jr. with their sponsorship of the South Metro Chamber has been another plus for it and the members that it serves. The expansion by Key-Ads to more electronic billboards serves our community well as it increases the commitment and partnership that Key-Ads has shown.

Commitment, integrity, honesty, great customer service and giving back to the community are all reasons why Key-Ads should be a recipient of this years award.
