motivational program on making and setting goals.
The Hilton Garden Inn, Austin Landing was the

Fresh Thyme Ribbon Cutting
The rain this morning did not dampen the spirit
of the hundreds that waited in line for the
Ribbon Cutting prior to the Grand Opening of
the new Fresh Thyme on Feedwire Rd. Thank you
to the Sugarcreek Township Administrator and Trustee
that assisted with cutting the ribbon. The South Metro

March Women Who Work
The first Women Who Work for 2015 was great. There were a lot of new faces as well as several old friends. As always, our host Thompson Hine out did themselves with the refreshments. The event featured a presentation by Deborah Brenneman a partner at Thompson Hine, who provided invaluable information on regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities, sexual harassment, labor law and how documentation is the best protection that an employer can have. The first Metro Breakfast of the year was a huge success! The standing room only crowd received great information from our panel of speakers, Joe Testa, from the Ohio Department of Taxation, Ryan Burgess, Ohio Development Services Agency and Tanya Calbert, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services/ Office of Workforce Development. The South Metro Regional Chamber of Commerce today hosted Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) Administrator/CEO Steve Buehrer. Mr. Buehrer presented Chamber President Julia Maxton with a symbolic check for over sixty six million dollars, which will be coming to businesses in Montgomery, Greene and Warren Counties as part of the Billion Back Program.
