WORKFORCE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY

This is an exciting new member benefit is provided for you by HRalacart LLC.  L2 Marketing and The South Metro Regional Chamber of Commerce.

 This is a voluntary survey that measures workers’ or employees’ overall commitment, motivation, sense of purpose and passion for their work and organization. Individual responses will be compiled in a confidential and anonymous manner by L2 Marketing and HRalacart will be interpreting the data and provide the employer with a report on the level of workforce engagement. HRalacart will also provide suggestions to participating companies’ executive management on ways to imporve employee engagement, which ultimately will lead to improved productivity and profitability.

 Participants will be ranked according to survey results and will be recognized at the Chamber’s “Annual Meeting and Breakfast”.

 Individual participants will enjoy complete confidentiality, with the opportunity to learn about the overall levels of internal morale and satisfaction in their respective places of work.
